Banana Moist Butter Cake

Assalam...we went to jerudong fish market yesterday...  looking for something fresh for dinner and bought a very fresh 4 grouper and friends  for only $1.00 ...thank you Mr. fisherman!
 
While prepare dinner ..i  baked this marvelous banana cake. I got this recipe from "mat gebu blog" It is one of those recipes that is very simple and very delicious to.

Ingredient
250 g flour*
1 tsp bicarbonate*
1/2 tsp salt (i used sea salt)*(*sifted together)
15 g ovallate
150 g sugar
5 eggs
125 g melted butter ..(keep warm)
100 g corn oil (i used canola oil...)
225 g mashed banana  + 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation method

1.Grease and line loaf tin with butter and flour..

2.Beat sugar and ovelatte together and  add the eggs, mix well in high speed...

3.Add in  mashed banana..reduce speed. Mix well

4.Gently pour in flour mixture, alternate with melted butter and corn oil

5. Pour into the prepared tin, bake at 170-175C for 40-50 min...until a skewer comes out clean. Leave to   cool and enjoy!
